Avi Nail Spa Lash & Brow

I absolutely will not be returning after my recent experience. I had my nails done just last week, and by today, Saturday, every single one has already come off. The individual who did them, Jeff or J, did a truly poor job, which is unacceptable given the $113 I paid for the service. He couldn't even draw a basic heart, leading me to pick a different design entirely because of his inability. Furthermore, when I asked him to redo one of my nails, he became very rushed and aggravated, which I found incredibly unprofessional, especially when I'm the one paying for the service.

My initial appointment at Avi Nail Spa Lash & Brow was deeply disappointing; despite booking specific technicians, Lilly and Cam, I only received one of them, being paired with Cam and another individual who never introduced themselves and ignored my requests to stop. Both technicians rushed excessively, resulting in repeated cuts, nips, and burns on both my hands and feet, and I did not receive the massage or the galaxy nail design I paid for, ending up with plain glitter instead, with a vague promise that the design *might* be done later. My pedicure was poorly executed, leaving my toenails crooked, lumpy, and jagged, and my feet still rough despite opting for a premium service; I repeatedly asked them to slow down due to the pain, but my concerns were dismissed, and when I requested to speak with management, I was informed they had already left. The staff argued that my nails weren't crooked or lumpy, offered no apologies, and quickly ushered me out; to make matters worse, the technician working on my feet overflowed the pedicure machine, creating a significant mess that soaked my clothes, and no towel was offered, leaving me covered in acrylic while wet, and they even pushed my walker across the room and refused to retrieve it for me. Following this terrible experience, I called and returned to the spa to address the issues with management, hoping for a resolution, but the manager proved to be even ruder than the employees who had caused me physical harm. When I inquired if my lumpy, lifted nails, crooked toenails, and calloused feet could be properly fixed, he aggressively stated I had "some audacity coming back into his shop after giving them a bad review," despite my offer to correct or remove my negative reviews if my nails were fixed and I received an apology for the previous day's ordeal. He displayed a nasty attitude, took no accountability for the damage to me or my clothes, or the abysmal customer service, instead repeatedly complaining about my review, and no apologies were ever offered. I was eventually told my fingernails would be fixed, and I could pay the difference for the design, but then I was ignored until a technician, Calvin, became available, who did an amazing job fixing my nails, and I would gladly work with him again, but I was informed that wouldn't be possible because I had been banned for leaving an honest review. The manager asserted I had no right to post a bad review, despite my sole desire being to have my nails fixed and receive an apology for the physical pain and disrespectful treatment, making it clear that he condones such behavior, which is a serious concern. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there; after just a week and a half, the nails Calvin fixed began peeling back, exposing uncured nails underneath, and on one hand, they started popping off entirely like press-on nails, while the other hand was leaking nail polish and peeling, ultimately resulting in me paying a significant amount for what turned out to be a truly terrible and short-lived result, making the entire experience a 0/10.

I was so impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of this nail salon. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and it was a lovely surprise to be offered complimentary drinks, which is a rare find these days. They truly do excellent work; I had a fill, a pedicure, and an eyebrow wax, and I absolutely loved every single service. Plus, their pricing is very fair for the quality you receive.

Each visit is consistently a fantastic experience, truly outstanding every single time. I've been a loyal patron for many years now, and Leon consistently performs an amazing job on both my nails and toes. Moreover, my eyebrows and lashes are always done with flawless precision.

I absolutely adore this nail salon! They were incredibly efficient, getting me in and out with a pedicure, a fill, and designs all completed within just one hour. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit.
